Our leadership

Shqipe Mjekiqi, PhD is the Founder and Managing Director of One Consulting. She is responsible for setting the overall strategy of the company, developing and implementing projects.

Specializing in research and analysis, and carrying several years of experience in government advisory roles, her efforts are aimed at helping partner institutions understand and enhance policy delivery.

Shqipe holds a PhD in Political Science from Trinity College, Dublin, an MSc in Politics and Government in the European Union from the London School of Economics, and a BS in Political Science from the University of Prishtina.
